Hotel Olympe (ESAT Mas de Roman) has computer resources intended to manage online registrations more easily to receive the e-newsletter.

The information recorded is reserved for the use of Hotel Olympe services (ESAT Mas de Roman) and cannot be communicated to other recipients.

In accordance with articles 39 and following of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, any person may obtain communication and, if necessary, rectification or deletion of information concerning him, by contacting Hôtel Olympe (ESAT Mas de Roman) (contact@Hôtel Olympe (ESAT Mas de Roman).fr). Any person may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning him.

  1. Protection of intellectual property
    This site is published by Hotel Olympe (ESAT Mas de Roman) (“the publisher”), which holds the rights relating to the elements contained in the site. By content of the website, we mean the general structure, the texts, the images, animated or not, and the sounds of which the site is composed. Any representation or reproduction in whole or in part made without the consent of Hotel Olympe (ESAT Mas de Roman) is unlawful. This representation or reproduction, by any means whatsoever, would therefore constitute an infringement punishable by the legislation in force on intellectual property. Hotel Olympe (ESAT Mas de Roman) intends to use in its favor all the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, including articles L 342-1 and L342 -2 of the said code.
